Bad experience with service department. I own a Goldwing 1800 and took a tire in to be mounted. I was told it would take 2-3 days. What? I had tire and wheel off of bike and in my truck. I was told that is the way it is, other bikes are in front of you and it's that way all over. Went to another shop and got tire mounted in an hour. Went back to let them know what happened. I thought that the service manager and his helper were very condesending. All they had to say was we are glad you (05-20-2008)
